Terms of Participation

Conditions for taking part in the EMBLEM raffle

1. Organiser

This website is operated privately and non-commercially in a test phase (no commercial operation, no registered company). Contact for data-protection and legal requests: via the feedback function on this site.

2. Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or over.
Participation is excluded where it is not permitted under local law. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that participation is allowed in their place of residence.
Employees of the organiser and parties directly involved are excluded from participation.

3. Participation — free & voluntary

You take part by entering your own Solana wallet address after completing the course. Participation is completely free.

Only people who have genuinely worked through the basics course are eligible. Merely clicking through without real engagement does not qualify; the organiser reserves the right to exclude obvious abuse attempts.

⚖️ A donation is expressly NOT a requirement for participation and provides NO advantage. The chance of winning is identical for all participants — regardless of whether a donation was made. Donations are voluntary support for the project with no consideration in return.

4. Requirement at the time of the draw

At the time of the draw, the entered wallet must hold EMBLEM worth at least €2. This minimum holding is calculated at the live price. Anyone who sells off all their EMBLEM beforehand is excluded.

5. How the draw works (provably fair)

Once the target number of participants is reached, a future Solana block is publicly announced.
The hash of this block serves as the source of randomness — it is unpredictable in advance for anyone, including the organiser.
The winners are determined from this hash using a disclosed, deterministic algorithm. Anyone can recompute the result themselves.

6. Prize & payout

The prize is €100 in EMBLEM tokens and is transferred on-chain to the winner's wallet. Payout is made exclusively in EMBLEM; a cash payout or exchange is excluded. The payout transaction is made publicly verifiable.

7. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy applies. By taking part you consent to the storage of your wallet address for the purpose of running the raffle.

8. Liability & other

Crypto tokens are subject to price fluctuations. The organiser accepts no liability for the value of the tokens.
The organiser is not liable for technical faults of third parties (e.g. the blockchain network, wallet providers).
The organiser reserves the right to modify or end the raffle for good cause.
Recourse to the courts is excluded.
